Dress Code

All participants are required to dress appropriately in the center.

This includes skirt hems below the knee, appropriate neck lines, and keeping elbows covered whilst on the center premises.

During classes in the studio, in order to maintain the professional and spiritual focus, we ask for legs to be covered (sweats, leggings, tights etc). We also ask for t-shirts or leotards to be worn in the studio (rather than crop vests, sleeveless shirts etc).

Married women are kindly requested to keep their hair covered at all times.
